Guilt Doesn't Work

How many times have you overeaten and felt guilty about it? You’ve indulged in a large or high calorie meal and then immediately think that you have “burn off” those extra calories or you’re going to get “fat”. Well I’m here to tell you that the guilt trip doesn’t work. You’re still going to feel guilty, and you’re still going to overeat the next time.
