About Joey Taraborelli
Joey Taraborelli (JTab) is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA). He has been training athletes for 15 years. Joey was an All-State Volleyball player at North Kingstown High School. Then, at Eckerd College in Florida he made 1st Team All-Conference and All-Southeast in volleyball. He coached North Kingstown HS boys’ and girls’ volleyball teams for 3 years, which led to both winning tournaments and developing personal accomplishments.
